So, I got myself a dog!

I won't lie guys, I wanted all of them so much.
Just introducing my mom to all of them, put me into tears.
I loved Combo & Snickerdoodle. My heart melted for them.
But Lou took the cake.
It's not how he looked, his special needs, or nothing.
When I went up to his kennel, he did the dog dance.
He's so playful, loving, excited. Yet he doesn't jump on furniture, or anything bad. He doesn't even bark.
He's soooo social and friendly, it's amazing.

Woah lots of things to say, okay, lets so this.
First of all, I'm sorry for my absence. I've been pretty much playing GTA V and on IMVU rather then being here.
I still check it daily (or a few times at least, but always atleast once) so if I have a message or anything, I will reply eventually.
Secondly, I'm turning 22 in 5 days.
I feel so old right meow. xD
I don't really have any plans yet. I've never been the party-type or even going out-type, so I'll probably be home online LOL.
Usually each year I try to go out to eat or something. I think this year I'm gonna get some Irish culinary, since St. Patty's Day is right around the corner as well. c:
Oh, and a pie (Or Cheesecake), since my birthday is Pi Day.
Lastly, a gift I'm getting is a dog!~
He or she will be coming from the local Humane Society here.
This has me so freaking ecstatic right meow.
Ever since my dear Chico passed on, I wanted another dog.
I feel so insecure, afraid, and paranoid at night without something else there.
Tomorrow (March 10th) I'm going to the Shelter to look at some of the dogs,
get their personalities, see how they are with me, etc.
I really want a social animal, however I am running into the problem with my living situation.
Most of the animal in the shelter are Pit Bulls, and they cause insurances to go up in price/cost more.
This really upsets me because pretty much based on looks, most of the dogs I like are Pits (As you'll see below).
I really want to know your guys opinion on the dogs I'm looking at getting. c:
Based off what you see (and if you follow the link to read up on them a bit more), which would you choose?

Combo, Female, 1 yr Pit Bull
